Well what an awesome meal. Although there was something forgotten in our order CHASE who usually works behind the scene fixed the mess up most graciously. We enjoyed sitting outside eating and had a lovely exchange with CHASE who has worked there we found out for a number of years. Keep up the good work and thank you CHASE!

I've been to 4 different McAlister's and this is hands down the worst service I've ever received.
Ordered a sandwich meat and cheese only and a cup of soup. Girl working the register wouldn't make eye contact and seemed so disinterested she failed to understand my order. So the man brings my sandwich and soup and it has everything. I tell him it's supposed to be plain and he takes it back.
Food is decent if you get it. Certain Cashiers don't care if the order is right and if you mention it it will be begrudgingly fixed. Update just checked the to go order missing stuff. Seriously if you want what you paid for go somewhere else.
I look at the counter and the man tells a lady in back it was supposed to be plain and she rolled her eyes.
