Leaving this Chili's with one star is more than generous. The first issue with our waitress Madison was water spilled on top of one customer at the table. We were here for about 2 hours and serviced a total of three times (she did not even bring our food herself). When we gave our card to pay, she walked around with our credit card serving other tables while in possession of the card. The card was swiped for a ticket that was not ours and then when the problem was discussed--the manager was not brought to attention. We brought the attention to the manager ourselves (who was also VERY rude for there being such a serious payment issue--Jim Dukes). We are still unsure how many times our cards were swiped even after it was "explained."
Good food. Fast service. Despite being very busy the wait was reasonable. Waitress was attentive, but did have to ask for drinks a few times.
Came here after shopping all day. Had to wait 30 mins for a table for 2 when there were plenty of empty booths and tables. Ordered the fajitas. My food was literally burnt and could not eat it. While sitting there waiting on our food to be delivered they rearranged the tables for a large party to sit next to us. After cleaning the tables and sweeping the floor, they left a pile of dirt sitting on the floor between our tables. Several of the staff continued to step over the pile instead of cleaning it up. Until management can be straightened out and staff properly trained I might consider going back. Until then, I highly recommend choosing another restaurant to eat dine at.
Service started off pretty good but then our server disappeared so another lady took our order. Finished dinner and had to flag down someone to add the free dessert to the ticket. I put in my access information. It showed a free dessert on my account but because I did not know my four-digit password, I was told I need to reset my password but their system never sent an email to reset - I did it again and nothing happen. I was told that the manager said I needed the password although it showed it in my account. The dessert had to be paid for or taken back. I choose to send it back since Chili's sent me the free offer. They should have given it to me because of the disappearing server.
Quick seating arrangements (we were a party of four). Our server was polite and attentive and the menu had a large selection of "Tex Mex" items. Draft beers tasted fresh and the Mix drinks, although a little strong, were delicious as well. Restaurant was clean as well as the restroom.
