One of our most favorite places to eat!
My family and I used to come here all the time when they first opened. As time has gone on service has gotten worse and worse. They have hired a bunch of teenagers who could care less about customer service. The last three visits have been horrible and I will not give them anymore of my business. We enjoy the food but not the attitudes or poor customer service. The last time we have eaten there we decided to carry out. They completely messed up my order. Missing 3 pieces of chicken, my appetizer was the wrong item, and additional sauces that I had paid for were missing. The child behind the counter could tell I was irritated and when I told her what all was missing she just stood there and stared at me until I finally asked if she could correct my order. She was beyond rude and unprofessional. I'll go the Memphis, TN location to get my chicken fix.
Chicken was good!! Kinda on the spicy side but not bad, when I go back to Southhaven i will eat there again.
This place is terrible! The management is trash and it ain’t nothing but a bunch of high schoolers working there
UH-MA-Z-ING! Gus's has THE best Fried Chicken! Staff has always been very friendly. My family and I love it!
I'm from New Orleans and I must say that this spicy chicken was so good! Super Fresh Super Moist. The service was very prompt and nice. The atmosphere was welcoming I will be back!
