Every time I go here is good service and quality food. Only reason I don't go here more often is the fact the prices are just too high for what you're getting.
I love Fazolis. Great breadsticks and the pizza, albeit simple, is very good. Several good main dishes too. They always have great staff too.
This might be the best Fazoli's in the country. Extremely courteous and competent employees, clearly managed well. The food is exactly as Fazolis' would hope for, probably the only thing I could comment would be that the breadsticks are sometimes very buttery, but many would not consider that a problem at all.
They bring bread sticks around to all the tables frequently and they're always hot and fresh. Nice touch!
4 stars because of the prices, but other than that its a good place to eat if you can afford it.

My husband wanted Fazoli's after he was discharged from the hospital today. We decided to order at the drive-thru and the girl taking the orders was so incredibly rude. I ended up just ordering something I didn't particularly want just so I wouldn't have to deal with placing an order with her anymore. The only thing more awful than her attitude were the 2 lemonades we got that didn't even taste like lemonade, more like dirty mop water. We poured them down the sink when we got home. We won't be returning to this location again.
