At this point it has been 10 minutes and we long since decided we weren't going to give them our business... we just have to be able to make it out of the parking lot alive. The traffic "director" finally lets the car ahead of us go, but foes a poor job of signaling and stops us so we can wait a minute for the next person in the drive thru to get out.
Definitely planning to never go back to that entrapment haos again.
Even though they seem packed full of people, they get you in and out fairly quick. Always friendly and helpful.
Everything I saw there today looked like it was making the situation much, much worse than it would be had they just let things run normally. As opposed to how they feel they have to do things based on a suggestion or two that maybe worked at some point in the past.
Only gave it 4 stars because the parking lot was covered up. It took us 10 minutes just to get out of the lot after eating some delicious food. And inside the place was packed , but we ordered and had our food fast. I love me some Chick-fil-A.
We FINALLY get around the building, see tons of open parking spaces of which we are going to occupy non, and then see what I expected. A couple of poor girls standing in the rain (with ponchos, at least), holding their boards to help people order faster. Only problem is they're standing DIRECTLY next to the drive thru speaker, not even a car length away, so... what good is that even doing?
Great service through drive thru! When you drive up it looks scary, but it goes by pretty fast unlike most of the fast-food restaurants in the area. My order is never wrong, and their smiling facing make me want to come back.
This place is great! I don't know how they do it but they still manage to give fast service with the massive amount of business they get. Keep it up!
The parking lot cannot be navigated through simply to park, because there is a guy standing on the OUTSIDE of the drive thru window handing the food out, which seems entirely unnecessary, as well as another gentleman "directing" traffic coming out of the drive thru. He has no idea what he's doing, unfortunately, and so he stops the people just trying to get around the building so people can leave the drive thru... And then doesn't let people trying to get around the building go again until a couple more people get to leave the drive thru, so EVERYONE is now stuck.
