Horrible, my second time here since the new opening. I went to the drive threw and placed an order for me and my son. We got home which is only minutes away and realized they didn't give us all that we ordered. I usually would just say forget it but I decided not to. I drive back and the young lady at the window blamed me for forgetting part of my order, I corrected her. The inconvenience of others mistake. I was not pleased with the food or customer service.

I enjoy eating at the Captain D's franchise... Now this specific captain D's on stateline has fallen under with both service and quality. I recommend you visit the new one located on Hornlake. That one recently opened up.
