One of the best pizza places in Southaven! Meat Supremo pizza is excellent. The service is also great and everyone is friendly and helpful.
Pizza is relish but for second time in a row they got some my extras wrong and or missing. I ordered pizza sauce & didn't get it no cheese or pepper packs which I asked for. I ordered over the phone this time because the coupon wouldn't work on the web ordering site. I called & complained this time. They said they would be glad to deliver it but it would take 20 minutes I said we'll be finished by then. She then suggested putting a credit on my account for 2 pizza sauces. What kind of customer service is this? Shame shame shame
Really good pizza. I'm not sure why but i can't put my thought on what makes it so good besides the consistency. It is in my opinion up top over dominos and pizza hut. Believe me I order pizza like I wake up so I have the experience in throw in the stove quick pizza and diligent making

Been a number one customer since they opened in Southaven. Pizza and service really had them as one of the best until my family had a horrible experience yesterday when they ordered their weekly favorite. My wife and my kids all ate the pizza which was good but after 2 pieces they all could not stop going to the restroom. Wife called to ask to speak to manager just to ask if their had been any other complaints. Not looking for a refund or Anything just out of concern trying to narrow down the cause of the bathroom visits. Needless to say the manager name Jake, showed no concern or empathy for my family. Didn't even seem like he cared as if she was lying and offered no remedy to guarantee it wasn't the pizza and offered no apology for the experience at all. So I will make sure the 35K people I represent in the midsouth know about this experience. Customers with issues are not looking for handouts just concerned. Customers just need to know you care if not they will take their business elsewhere. Back to Pizza Hut!
Jake and his crew are extremely helpful. I wanted to do a Pizza Party for my crew at work (for 17 people).. Jake and Marco's really nailed it.. Very helpful, fast, delivered ontime and great food.. We will be using them a lot in the future..
