*Accepts Medicaid* I highly recommend this place based on quality of care alone. The wait times vary depending on the day and time, but overall, I am satisfied with that part especially compared to how long it would take elsewhere. I see others complaining about people going ahead of them, but obviously they don't realize that it is an "urgent" care facility so patients won't always be seen in order because more dire situations require immediate attention(how rude of them to not let someone die just because your kid has a cold). Some(not all!) of the front staff is a little brash, but in general, the staff is excellent. I went there with a pretty severe illness and they took amazing care of me and even offered to have me taken to the hospital. I've seen several different doctors and they have all been great! I think the score is way lower than it should be because I've been there probably 6 or 7 times and never had any issues, also they accept my insurance and that's always a positive.
I should have read the reviews before coming here! There were 1 person in the waiting room so I figured it should it take so long but was I wrong. The lady in front with red hair with gray patch on the side of her head was so rude, that should've been a red flag. Second, after I gave her the paperwork and id, she was going to let us know how much it was gonna be. That was an hour ago. The guy in front of us was still waiting as well, and he was called up for the payment, after us being there an hr. I wasn't about to wait any longer. Please don't waste your time there. You're better off goin to the hospital because they charge the same.
Provider she was good as usual they actually jump my child ahead due to his injury. But I thought they close at 8 pm..and need an after school appt so why can't I schedule an appointment for 5 pm!!!! Instead I was told I could do a walk which is stupid to me !!!!
I have used Prime Urgent Medical Clinic for many years and have always received excellent medical care by highly qualified people although sometimes the wait times are long. Last week I visited their facility because I was having breathing problems and discovered I was having a heart attack. Their physician attended to me immediately upon arrival, gave me emergency care and took charge of getting me over to the Baptist Emergency Room. My experience with them was excellent. They have some bad reviews, but they did a great job for me and I will go back if need be.
Doctor looked at my throat and said "good, no puss" but there clearly was covering my tonsil. It was literally the whole reason I came in. I told her I couldn't have narcotics, and was told to drink tea and honey with Tylenol. I was given a home remedy for 25$ what a waste of time.
