I am so impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of one of their employees that I want to use Desoto Eye care as our preferred eye specialist for our 105 residents of our senior living community. Jill Hogan is a joy to work with. Predicated on her professionalism I wholeheartedly recommend Desoto Eye Care.
Extremely unprofessional staff. Unfriendly. They get annoyed when you ask if the glasses your trying on look ok. Very unpleasant odor. Dark and dingy atmosphere. Dr. rushes thru your exam. Never going back.
This is the worst experience that I have ever had at an established business. Because of the laziness and unprofessional behavior of the front desk. First of all she came into the waiting room and called my name and told me out loud in front of everyone that my insurance was no good! I knew it was a lie I questioned her and she repeated again out loud. I stepped outside and verified myself because she was too lazy to do her job and I she was also in breach of my privacy being confidential. Even though she lied it was very humiliating for me and it also set me back 50 minutes from my appointment. Then to top it off the Dr. Did nothing fore. He rushed through the exam. I will never go there again I also will. Not let will not let it rest.
My experience was great!! I receive excellent care from Dr Schaeffe. My lasik surgery was a success and the staff was friendly and helpful.
I am completely confused about the negative reviews. I have been going to the Olive Branch location since they opened and have always had a great experience. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. They have a pretty good selection of frames and if you want something they don't stock they will order it for you. I really like Oakley frames and the ones I wanted they didn't have. They ordered them and called me two days later to come in to check them out. They fit well so they sent them off to have the lenses put in them. Always a great experience!!
