As I waited for over an hour and a half, I was delightfully entertained by these "short staffed" women behind the counter making fun of people after they got off the phone with them. Also, at one point, one of the ladies (who was speaking to a male patient at the window) called out this mans full social security number as well as where he lived.
I got to the office for my appointment (which they had rescheduled for 2 hours earlier than the original appt bc they had a "scheduling conflict".) When I walked in, the waiting room was FULL.....literally only 2 empty seats. Why was I asked to come in 2 hours earlier when they clearly were already OVERBOOKED!
The staff at this practice is absolutely the most caring medical staff I have ever encountered. They made me feel as if I was literally a part of their family. A portion of my treatment had to be outsourced. When I visited the Dr. I was referred to, they even made a comment on the amount of calls Dr. Cunningham's staff made on my behalf to ensure I was being taken care of and getting the treatment I needed. Dr. Jeffery Cunningham and Dr. Amanda Cunningham work very well together , are very knowledgeable and both possess a very comforting bedside manner. I am so glad I was directed to them for my health needs. I didn't know this kind of concern and personal attention still existed.
Place is not worth anyone's time. I came here to get my ears cleaned and that's it i sit in the lobby for about an hour then they call me back then I sit in another room and it's been another 30 minutes so far still haven't gotten the room ready to do my ears. It's not worth the time, money, or effort to come here to even do something as easy as ears. Yes there are kids here but they were before me and left no more than 5 minutes maybe 10 minutes and they are out the door. I sit back here for an hour and a half and still nothing. Plz nobody waste their time to come here I could go shopping for an hour and be back and they still wouldn't have called me back. Got here at 3pm and got into another room at 4 they said they will get the room ready and its been another 30 minutes still nothing. So whoever lives in OB or Southaven please whatever you do don't come to this ENT it is not worth your time. Plus they will also schedule you at the busiest part of the day.
Worst experience ever. Spoke to doctor who was knowledgeable but unfortunately he has the rudest staff. I work in the health care profession and I have never had an office manager yell at me like she did.
I finally just left (without being seen by the doctor) when people who walked in more than an hour AFTER me were being called back.

The doctor and the staffs are nice. Only one downside is the wait time. It was an hour..
Left on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and called back and told her that she had left me on hold for 10 minutes and that my question was very quick.....the girl said, "we're short staffed today so you're just going to have to hold" and she put me on hold before I could say anything. I hung up and asked my husband to call on his phone while I listened. His question was answered immediately.
