I am the "google user" who posted the review in 2010. I would like to post an update. I've moved and I have seen a new doctor concerning my medical condition which, as it happens, is hyperthyroid/Graves disease. It put me in the hospital twice after I got here. If Dr. McKenzie hadn't been so quick to dismiss me she might have found this problem early on and I might have been able to avoid the hospital stays. All the symptoms I had on my "list of symptoms" that she refused to look at are listed as symptoms of this condition. Please, if you're going to use this clinic, DO NOT see Dr. McKenzie. She doesn't care.
I've had repeated bad experiences with this clinic. I've been going there for a group of symptoms that appear to be related, because they all come and go at the same time. I was told by Dr. McKenzie, "We don't treat LISTS of symptoms!" She refused to listen to me and made me feel very bad for even daring to ask. I didn't go back for a long time, but the symptoms just kept getting worse. Finally, I decided to try going back for each symptom individually. Each time, I get the same results; none. I was told over a month ago they would make a referral for me to see a specialist. I waited for two or three weeks and didn't hear from them (typical experience for this clinic) so I called them and asked about it. I waited another week, still nothing, so I called them again. I waited another week and called them back this morning. Finally! I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired and no one seems willing or able to help me. I would not recommend any human being to seek help at this clinic.
Waited 3 and a half hours after my appointment time. Then the doctor only spent 5 mints with me.
