I just walked out of Dr. Channin’s office because of an altercation that I just witnessed there between another parent and the office staff. A couple was sitting in the waiting room quietly minding their own business and feeding their brand new probably less than 8 week old baby girl a bottle when one of the female office staff very rudely told her that she was going to have to put away that bottle because it is office policy that absolutely no food or drink is allowed in their office. The mother told her that she is feeding her baby and that policy should not apply to a tiny bottle fed baby. The nurse argued with her and then left and came back with another nurse that told her she was going to have to take that bottle outside because it is Dr. Channin’s office policy that they don’t allow food or drinks in the office. I stood up and tried to defend the mother that was being attacked verbally by the office staff and then I told them that they could tell Dr. Channin that I was leaving and not coming back and that he was losing a patient because of his crazy office policy that doesn’t allow new babies to be fed bottles! Never have I seen a more unprofessional exchange between office staff and their patients. It was a crazy ordeal that I am still in disbelief that I witnessed.
I really love this Dr. ! And his staff was awesome as well. The office is a great environment, Dr Chanin is very passionate about his Job and that made me feel comfortable about any decisions I had to make for my child. I really appreciate his staff and him for the great services ! #OUTSTANDING

I have never in my life write a bad review online about anyone but honestly today I had THE WORSE experience I have ever had in a doctors office, Dr. Chanin it’s not right!! I don’t know really what he’s going through on the daily basis but whatever it is it’s definitely not my responsibility that he’s stress or annoy in any kind of way, specially because I come in there once every six months. It was always a good quick visit with a lot of laughter because Dr. Chanin would always crack some joke or do something funny! But today he threw me out of his office and told me to never come back again! The reason?; well my son (2 years old) was messing around the office I told him To stop doing that; that the doctor could get mad and beat him ( I was trying to make an effort to keep my son calm) well apparently the Dr lost his mind started screaming to me and my mother saying that he was angry, that it was not right, threw our papers in the table and told us to leave his clinic and never come back! Honestly I never felt that bad to know that for a very small thing like that he would offend me, embarrassed and abuse me verbally like that
Awesome doctor!! Works hard even when he is under stress and tired! I want to say thank you so much to a awesome person who cares!
