I went into the clinic as a walk in and new patient yesterday; from the receptionist to the nurse practitioner and lab nurse, everyone was Extremely warm and helpful! The only suggestion would be to help the MD understand different cultures and not be offensive to patients by suggesting procedures that were not requested by the patient. It often is not what you say, it is how you say it! I will definitely be completing my follow ups with the clinic in the future! Great team of staff.

The front office is very VERY disorganized. They told me to come in for an emergency appointment yet made me wait 2 1/2 hours to be seen. They changed their story saying I was a "walk in". They ended up avoiding my problem and sending me to the ER. I went to the ER. I tried to fax over the paperwork from The ER. The office, same nurse, told on me to the doctor claiming lies. I asked to speak to the office manager so I could ask her if the fax machine was working because I had been trying for 15 minutes to fax something. I was constantly put on hold. They knew they were trying to get me upset. I finally got a call back from the doctor who said that I was too complicated for them to help. This is how they treat their patients. If they can't help you and they claim on their website they can help all types of chronic illnesses....they say they can't help me. I told them that was a sorry way to treat their patients. They need to get some thick skin and learn how to treat their patients. Don't waste your time.
A great office, and amazing staff. I always refer this clinic to my family and friends.
The nurse practitioner I see is always great and pro active in addressing any problems that may come up for me. The staff is friendly and do the best they can to help when needed. Never been a complaint with this office at all. My sister who is not a patient there was even referred to a specialist to help her by my NP. Nothing but good things to say about this group of people who actually care!
