This place has the rudest staff. They constantly treat me like I don't know what I am talking about. I had to move to the Memphis Office even though it is more convenient for me to come here. It is the "ladies' at the front office who are incredibly rude and unprofessional. They want to argue with you when you ask for samples and not have any compassion for their patients whom are high risk. What kind of therapist treats a patient with severe copd like they are lying about what samples are given to them? That is why you don't have a record of them because it was given as a sample to see how it works!!! There is serious lack of communication skills here.
