Yoooooooooooo, this doctor office wait time is beyond HORRIBLE...for an example my appointment was at 11:30 didn't get called back until 1:45 and didn't get seen until almost 2:30. When I say i was furious I was so angry I wanted to cry.... it's freaking ridiculous how long i have to wait....But other than that the new doctor is a male and he's very nice a lot better than Dr.Mehta if you ask me...the workers are nice I have no problems with them... i would not recommend this location though...i plan on switching offices myself!
I hate to do this because the staff has been nice to me. But from a business/customer standpoint this office is terrible. I always spend 2+ hours in the freezing waiting room, the last time was 3 hours. I can never have an appointment on a day I have to work because I never know how long I’ll be in there. They are always packed so I’m assuming they over book appointments. There’s only one doctor which is a shame because of how many patients are booked. You can’t get anything accomplished by calling in because they never call you back. I’m still waiting for someone to call me back about refilling a prescription that I’ve been out of for 2 weeks. I just had to call in to reschedule my appointment but now I have to wait for someone to call me back (probably won’t call me back today) just to reshedule my appointment. It’s completely unprofessional and unacceptable. The young ladies of the staff are nice, but that’s the only positive remark I have about this office. I understand that the office needs as many patients as possible to be successful but over booking is not the way to do it. Customer service should be the top priority. No pregnant female wants to sit in an uncomfortable, breaking-down leather chair in a freezing waiting room that doesn’t allow food or drink for 3 hours. I’m sorry, but having to wait for a callback to reschedule an appointment when I’m already still waiting for a callback for a prescription medication that I need to take multiple times a day was the last straw. Please for the sake of your patients, get it together.
Just found out Dr.Mehta retired July 31st! You are greatly missed already. You been my Physician since I was a young girl. Hate I didn't get a chance to say thanks again for everything and thanks to Dr. Zeid for delivering my baby girl. Hate I didn't get a chance to say goodbye.
Call to check to see if my grandson is scheduled for an appointment and the lady was very rude. Bad communication skills. Do your town a favor close your doors since you do not like being in the people business.
The office is cold as you know what. I have been for almost four hours still have not seen anyone yet
