Somebody needs to tell these snotty little hood rats and it's white trash that works in these places but they never going to make $15 an hour for one thing and for another I need to work on there public relations. You picked the job if you don't like it then get the hell out and find something else to do
Rude staff is uneducated on menu items. Absolutely terrible service. Old food that makes me question a call to the health inspector. I was also under the impression that beef tacos would have beef in them but what I got was 20 lettuce tacos topped with a small amount of cheese with what seemed like whatever beef juice may have been left on a fork in the bottom of the tacos. There are much better places to get tacos right down the street from this location which I will be returning to and I'd advise any readers to do the same. This taco beel has had so many chances this was the last one. It will never change and will always be terrible.
Very fast service, they only gave us 4 of the 5 items we ordered we never got our chicken Quesadilla. We called up they just put the phone down and walked away. We called back they didn't answered, then we called again and the fax picked up. We called from a different phone and they picked up right away but then put the phone down again. This happened on 9/25/17 around 7:30. Our order number was 327614 The cashier on the receipt was Mallory G. Will be contacting the franchise owners in the morning and then taco bell corporation. its one thing to forget an item its another thing entirely to provide horrible customer service.
Probably one of the worst Taco Bell’s ever. System is conveniently always down and service is way below sub standard.
Very understaffed, long wait times for drive thru, and everyone knows they leave out at least one thing everytime. Still cheap and decent though.
