Very friendly staff, we had Hillary. Great personality and super friendly. Food was very hot and very fast! Whatever you are doing...Keep it up! We will definitely be back!
There were two of us eating on a week night at five. Our waitress was polite and very apologetic for the rude behavior of the manager. Food was good enough but management is lacking. It took us 35 minutes to get our food (we shared) but it was nowhere near correct. The waitress sent it back and it still came out wrong. Not well run business.
Very disappointed. I want go back to tjus OTB. Waited and waited to be seated. Food was horrible and I never got any chips are salsa.
Servers and are more interesting in talking to each other than customer service. Food was cold and all the server James did was say "my bad". On top of that my RayBan shades disappeared after they confirmed I'd left them. They lost this regular!
