I do like LC food and the prices. However, this location almost never answers the phone, and there is always a wait for just about anything, anytime. Makes it a pain trying to call in an order so you don't have the long wait.
Staff is always slow and not so courteous. They need better management because they don't keep up with orders. Been there three times and experience this every single time
I just called to make an order and the guy who answered the phone who was rude as soon as he picked up.. and basically whispered on the phone... told me they're about to close.. It was 1103 when I called and they don't close until 12.. I said don't you close at 12? He said yes.. so I said can I make an order? And again he said were about to close in a minute maam.. and I said I'm confused.. and he hung up on me.. I don't ever leave reviews but after the day I've had all I wanted was a pizza and got awful service.
Service was great..Had to wait on crazy bread but the wait was well worth it
Stood in the store for 10 minutes as the employees loaded the drinks in the cooler. Never was greeted. The cooler was full, and could've waited. Very Poor customer service. Walked out as the cashier wanted to have a debt over the name crazy sauce. I've been eating at Little Caesars for over 30 years and have never been told that they didn't have crazy sauce... DO NOT GO TO THOS LOCATION **** NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ****
