Specifically this place has decent service, the food coming out of the kitchen is decent but they don't always put enough sauces on their pastas. We always have to ask for more which they will bring out pretty quick. Its a franchise so you really can't expect much out of it. They have the same food at every location.
Decent service. Don't go during peak times and you'll get right in. Peak times are generally in the evenings and weekends. Get in at lunchtime for best service. Food prices are pretty high so you lose one star, and the gimmicks for their "endless pasta bowl" and such are just a waste of time. It just gets people in the door to make it look busy. They're not worth going for specifically in my book.
My family ate at this restaurant on Saturday December 30, 2017. The await was brief since we sat a booth near the bar. It was incredibly packed, which is to be expected. The waiter was decent but the food was cold. With this location being as busy as it is, you would think the food would piping hot. This was not the case. The manager fixed the order. For the excessive prices, the quality was lack-luster. Commercial is over rated, go local.
Amazing service and great food!
My wife and I were seated promptly and then greeted by our waiter Michael. That was when the visit got better and better. Michael was a delight to chat with and we kidded back and forth while he was taking our order. The order was served promptly while it was still hot. He continued to serve us and was a most pleasant gentleman to converse with. My wife and I eat out a lot, and without a doubt, Micheal was the most pleasant waiter we have ever had. Thank you Michael for a very pleasant 30th Anniversary evening and a delicious meal at Olive Garden.
We had such a great time here at this branch. Our waiter, Steven, was wonderful and caring. We were very satisfied with the service and the food. Although it was quite hectic in the restaurant when we visited, he was very attentive and friendly. We will def visit here again :D
Have been sitting for over an hour waiting on a table for 5. Not that unusual to wait, but the parking lot us empty (we parked at the door) and the amount of people whom have walked out, finishing their meal, and the amount of people walking in and going right to a table is crazy! There has been no communication with us concerning anything. Once seated, in a LARGE back corner table, the server Michael was AWESOME! The food was, ok. Could tell the pasta sat in the window for awhile, but the flavor was good. The two stars are definitely for the server.
