I dont schedule for service ahead of time but every time I've come here for service I'm out within 4 hours which is easily manageable with a comfortable lounge and a bar/ restaurant next door. I usually drop my bike off and have lunch and a few beers while I wait. The staff are all very welcoming and the dealership is large and clean
Everything about this place is top notch, bike selection, building layout, easy to get to from anywhere. But the kicker is the staff, each department has a specialist with their product line and they all love bikes, they are always friendly and knowledgeable about anything Harley. I had such a great time buying my new bike I was about to apply for a job just so I could hang out with everyone. Bottom line, great place, no disappointments. Thanks to all the staff at STH.
