These guys are the BEST! I had issues with my A/C system and they had it repaired in a timely fashion. Their service is just superb and second to none. Also, to add, the guys that work at the location in Southaven (where I received services) are just so kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place if you are in need of auto repair!
Wonderful service, courteous employees. Went out of their way to find the problem with our vehicle. Offered a ride if we needed it. Offered coffee & soda while I waited. Exceptional service!
I hate I wasn't able to have the same great experience as most of the customers. My car was there for two working days, from Friday to Monday. I called late Friday because I didn't hear from them. I was told I would get a phone call right back, that never happened. I went up there Monday around lunch, my car was in the same place that I parked it from Friday. I was told I'd get a call by 3, that never happened. I finally just got my key and went somewhere else. This place is definitely for someone with more than one vehicle at home, which I don't have. One phone call would've made me happy.
I dropped in at Christian Brothers today to get a replacement radiator hose. It was discovered by the technician at the quick service facility I frequent for oil changes over my lunch break. I was in an area I am not incredibly familiar with but I remembered my sister always recommends Christian Brothers. Although I didn't have an appointment and the lot was full, the friendly and efficient staff at this location fit my small repair into their busy schedule. If I had not been able to get this done at their location today, I ran the risk of being inconvenienced professionally and personally. I also also ran the risk of my car overheating in the sweltering Memphis area summer heat. I can't thank this team enough for the excellent service. I will definitely be back.
My sister and I were traveling from out of state when our power outlet went out resulting in no way to charge our phones or use our GPS. Christian Brothers Automotive quickly fixed the fuse and had us on our way. I cannot say enough about the kindness and excellent work they do here!
