We purchased the $99 GroupOn for front and rear brakes with rotation. Made the trip all the way to Southaven because it was such a good deal. When we arrived at the merchant, we were informed that GroupOn had made a mistake with the listing and would not rectify it; the actual deal was for EITHER front or rear brakes and rotation - we would have to pay an additional $107 to have all four brakes done. I call BS - my experience occurred this past July... the same deal is being offered again NOW (dECEMBER 2017) through GroupOn - SCAM - SCAM - SCAM; Don't fall for it. The advertised value of the $99 GroupOn is $209 - my total cost $206.24. To top it all off; the appointment I had, was a joke as well - all of the bays were full when I got there with vehicles that were undergoing major repair; the same vehicles were still in the bays when I left - my brake pads were changed in the parking lot; they also managed to scratch my rims on the parking lot pavement.
I would never take your car to this shop! Completely robbing people of their money!
If you have all day to spend waiting on your car then please chose this place. They are open on Saturdays for oil changes only. No mechanics are ever there and despite the low hourly charge it's just not worth it.
This place completely robbed me. I had call about my car 4 times with in 3 days and they did not say anything had changed or anything new popped up, but when I went in to get my car they charged me $30 extra because they had to drill a bolt out! And then had the audacity to tell me to my face that it was my fault!
I waited for over an hour because they didn’t have a filter for my vehicle. I think I’ll stick with the manufacturer from now on. They don’t check your tires, fluids or put a mileage sticker in your window. I will not return. Lesson learned.
They changed oil told me they checked fluid levels but didnt when i checked levels and told them it need anti freeze they said they didnt have any but i saw a full case of antifreeze sitting in corner oil change at great price but be sure to check your levels before leaving
