Took the Lexus in to have the windshield replaced and it took all day. I have had very good experiences when they come to you and do the work, but when scheduling an appointment with them, it’s a different story. Did not put everything back together properly and promised to make it right with a gift card that we still haven’t seen!

Horrible, i paid and schedule an appointment with them about 830 am-9am. This company waited until 230pm to tell me that they could not keep the appointment. This was so unprofessional and frustrating. I had already scheduled to take off work early and was at home waiting. I could've call another company, had they told me earlier before they took my money
Scheduled and appointments in southave ms be for giving the reception the key I as how long she stated hour and 30 no that was at 10am and now it 1:16 pm window been out for and hour they still haven't put it in now I have to call in work late been on my job for 8 years and never been late now they telling me it's going to be another 35 min the hell with this ill never come back to this place poor customer service
