Left my RV to have warranty work and oil change. Worked with Mark A. as my Service Rep. Great guy. Went above and beyond to get the work completed by the end of the week. Also, helped me get my car hooked back up to the RV. He will be my go to from now on.
I purchased my 3rd r.v. from Southaven rv two years ago. I recently had powertrain problems with my 2016 Seneca. The drive belt went out on the coach at only 10k miles. Freightliner would not stand behind the failure but the Southaven rv center did. We have enjoyed our rv and would definitely buy from them again. It was not their responsibility to stand behind the engine failure but they backed the customer. That type of dedication is rare these days.
Wow, this place is huge with a great inventory and informed staff. Worked with Eddie who showed us quality 5th Wheels and a motorhome or two. We were visiting from Wisconsin and they were very friendly and treated us as neighbors. Gigantic indoor show oom too. Very glad we made the effort to visit.
