Horrible customer service in parts department. The manager was extremely rude. Went to return extra parts that I didn't need which I purchased for cash. They insisted on cutting me a check for the return. I had just purchased the car from Metro Car Sales who told me to use their discount since they were helping me with the service of the car. They said they could ONLY send it to that shop since we used the discount. I explained that they helped me but it was purchased with my money. It wasn't the fact that they couldn't assist me properly that was so horrible, it was the attitude and the way I was treated that made all the difference. I don't think the manager knew how to smile or be personable. Use another option is available.
My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Landers! We were visiting my mom and needed to get a few bits taken care before our return drive home. Roy Jackson made sure we were all taken care of and most importantly he made sure our vehicle was safe for 500 plus mile drive back to Chicago. He made sure the ticket was written correctly and that nothing we asked to have checked was missed. Most of the time care repairs are NOT a pleasant experience but a necessity. We had a great experience and feel very comfortable reaching out to Roy and the service team whenever we are visiting my mom.
It seems like they want to get in, buy a car, get you out on your own. Salesman and one finance guy in particular. No call back or nothing. Got the money and commission and it's bye bye. I wont be buying another from this place again
Our daughter bought her very 1st car all on her own. The sales man was so nice and wasn't pushy, which was very nice and refreshing.
My Service guy name was Antonio and he was respectful, helpful and very knowledgeable.. I would definitely recommend LANDER’S to anyone....
