I love love the people there.... genuinely care for your pets. It also, is always clean never smells like other vets.
Well my precious 9 year old Chihuahua was going in for surgery for bladder stones. He was put under anesthesia for the surgery and Dr. Shear advised my father that he had a color change and was blue so she then advised us on the phone that she placed him off his belly and on his feet and the color change subsided and he "seemed" fine... Instead of STOPPING surgery they then CONTINUED anyways with the procedure....... My dog went into cardiac arrest and died.... Don't you think if this happened you would STOP the procedure the first time? No...she continued on with the procedure and he went into cardiac arrest sometime later and died.....before any surgery!! I do NOT recommend this vet for anything that involves putting a dog to sleep as I don't think they have the proper equipment to monitor. If she would have recommended anything for pre-surgery I would have paid it. Ultrasound/xray ANYTHING. MONEY WAS NO OBJECT. POOR JOB.... I know there is risks with anesthesia but that was beyond logical! He was in great health and running every day, eating, playing to dead.......no logical sense....
Treat your pets like they were their own, calling them by name. Open convenient hours and reasonable fees on services.
One of the doctor's there permanently damaged my cat left paw after a botched up surgery (declaw), my cat now had constant pain in that paw and refuse to bear weight on it... afterwards I took my puppy to get her nails clipped and the groomer sprayed something on my puppy body and ears that caused a stinky smell like a skunk. I had just groomed my pet (bath) prior to taking her there . No all experiences has been bad but those two individuals are unnecessary to a stable establishment :( I will not be returning :(
They have saved my dogs life and for the most part I've had good service. They can be a bit expensive but what veterinarian hospital isn't? The veterinarians are knowledgeable. I've been a customer since 2005.
