If I could give a lower possible rating I would. I contacted this business yesterday to have my sun conure's first check up. They claimed they were able to accommodate which was COMPLETELY FALSE! This veterinary hospital is NOT BIRD FRIENDLY. They allowed their cat to jump over the counter and almost climb on my bird's cage!! Upon clearly seeing that it made my bird as well as my self extremely uncomfortable. I had to position myself between this veterinary office's cat and my baby. I asked them to contain their pet, which they seemed peeved about doing. Afterward they said they were not equipped to see birds. Worst veterinary experience...EVER. If you value the life of your family pet DO NOT bring them here.
They have always done an excellent job with my pets. I'm a 15 year customer and will continue to use then.
