The hotel was easy to find a very clean. The staff was great. It seemed a bit on the older side but not a big deal.

The staff is very professional, yet quite personable. Rooms are very clean, friendly housekeeping staff. Staff that provides breakfast very accommodating, offering a bag to take my food with when I was running late. Best area to stay in with 25 places to eat and you can be out at night in South haven. Great Police Dept. too.
Stayed here about 2 months ago, and the front desk agent was new and clueless and cancelled my reservation instead of checking me in. (She did this to a min. of 5 other people too.)
I mainly stayed here because I get points & status with Marriott for staying on property. Because of the screw up, I got credits toward neither. Wrote Marriott to get it added on, and they refused because I didn't have "a real bill" from the property due to the screw up.
Attentive service, clean rooms, good breakfast.
