If you are looking for a great Crossfit Gym, then look no further! Shawn runs a top notch program and it is in a very convenient location. I first did the couch to crossfit last year and I have enjoyed the regular crossfit class after that. Between eating right and doing Crossfit, I have lost almost 30 pounds. Just 30 more to go!!
This place is amazing. Learned a lot and the instructors are great and patient to new people wanting to become more active. I had no idea what I was doing and walked out with proper form and a bit more knowledge each time. If I still lived in the area I'd still be going! Miss this gym
Great Box to work out. I was in town for business purpose, I contacted the Facebook page and they responded quick with info on how to drop in. the box is great, great coaching and a great community of members, 6:00 AM crew were really friendly with me and make me feel like in my own box. thanks for everything CF Desoto
