Your sales associate Ebony was absolutely wonderful to work with and she gave us excellent customer service. We had a very good experience working with Ebony. After leaving the store we decided we needed a dinning set and other items to add to our purchase. Went back a couple days later and Ebony was very accommodating and happy to write up another purchase. We truly appreciated her willingness to help.
The buying process was fine. The delivery was bad. They brought the table in and installed the legs. When they turned the table over, one of the legs fell off, gouged a place in the floor and nicked the wall. The delivery guys tried to blame it on the poor design of the table and did nothing but bad mouth the table. Upon close inspection we found one of the corners of the table was damaged (they probably damaged it while it was on the truck). So, they took the table with them. Thank God a different crew came to bring the replacement table a few days later. They were great. Customer service, nor the salesman seemed to care a whole lot that we had a problem.
