The associate I dealt with was helpful, but the store seems very overpriced. Went there for a Blu-ray player and soundbar, and they were almost $120 higher than Best Buy for the exact same products. Then was told they would not price match a Black Friday ad (mind you, it was now the following Tuesday). You would think they would not wanna loose a sale to a competitor.

The staff was exceptional. Warm and friendly. The process was quick and simple. Whole thing start to finish took about an hour. We will definitely be going back and would recommend them to anyone.
I went in for heart surgery MID October. My wife is fragile and 68, she was frightened how she would take care of me. she went to Conn's in Southaven,MS . she bought a huge bed that raises the legs and head, plus a huge catnapper lay flat recliner. And because I couldn't get to my bedroom upstairs, both are flat middle if the living room. I tried to sit in the recliner but it's too big! my back won't touch the back of the chair! there has to be over 6 inches from my back to the chair back, so I slump. recline some and I slide so bringing the chair upright I'm still slumped worse. pulling up with my sturnem split and heart surgery I can not use this chair, IT HURTS!!! my wife was dumped out of it as she tried it. her feet slapped on the floor as she yelped, it would have dumped her on her butt. the bed, I'll have to hire movers to move it upstairs, or to her bedroom on the bottom floor. she called to return the bed, it's just too heavy to move, expensive, and I'm sure the wife bought it frightened about my care. Conn's told her nope, they don't sell used furniture. so she didnt even persue returning the chair, that is backed to the wall and not touched. what i think of conn's certainly can't be printed, but if you can't take it back - get out of Southaven as we have other quality furniture stores here. my wife flat won't say what she spent, but I will believe I'm taking a few thousand dollar bath and I recommend everyone checking reviews head to the other quality stores in Southaven!! ed
This is my first experience with Conn's; and, for the most part...I am pleased! My CSR in-store was superb; considering, we went in on a Sun. evening; an hour before closing. She and her team were very attentive to our needs and concerns. Unfortunately, my initial delivery was a rushed process; and perhaps, that's because they were "contractors" doing the job. If you wish to purchase with Conn's; please, be informed that they hire contractors to do their deliveries; and, they may not be as "knowledgeable" to assist with your electronic set-up, etc. Overall, at the end; I am pleased with my beautiful new items, for my home; but I would recommend they use/train their own associates to do their deliveries; who could better assist the customer with their "needs" and not feel rushed or uneasy with figuring out how operate the merchandise. :)
