Exchange policy not clear... worker stated that I couldn't get a cash refund with my receipt.. states they don't do cash refunds ... ridiculous!!! I'm not buying another purse!!!

Went in today to get links taken out of a MK watch and was told by one of the employees that they don't take links out on Wednesday and to come back on a Monday. What's the difference? Horrible customer service from that young lady.
