Very poor customer service. Even after shopping will not allow customers to use the bathroom. They claim it is out of order.. The managerl and staff very rude.

I like Ashley Stewart but I hate their return policy. I do feel like the management could be more accommodating when youre returning on behalf of their mistake. It really is a deal breaker for when I feel like I'm stuck with merchandize I don't like but can't return. Employees and management are very passive aggressive. Theres no going out of their way to help, just enough service to get by.
Ashley Stewart is a great place to shop. There styles are fresh, great selections to choose from, colors to please. I can always find something I like here. Staff is friendly and very helpful.
