Terrible customer service. Didn't give them my business
Horrible noncommunicative staff. Waited 2 weeks on an appliance that i was told would be there in 4 days. I had to call and check every time. Not one staff member took it upon themselves to do so. I was patient and called on the second week just to find out that."they just found out" that they didnt carry my appliance anymore right before i called. When I got my refund the woman double charged my debit card rather than give me a refund. I will never come back and i would advise no one to out up with this kind of service.
Probably the easiest place I've ever shopped at! I feel like Selena the sales woman was very knowledgable and helpful! I never felt pushed one way or the other but she helped us pick out our dishwasher and oven and range. She knew the products extremely well and could give us pros and cons on the others too. When it is time to upgrade our fridge, we wont be going anywhere else!
