Amazing care from this facility. My 4 year old son ended up with strep and the flu. Lacey, our nurse, was incredibly comforting to my very anxious son. She is simply wonderful with small children. Nurse Practioner, Ms. Clark, was equally as wonderful. They even CALLED later to check on my son. We won't be going anywhere else but here in the future.
Everyone there was nice. I was treated for a sinus infection and was better the next day. I would go there again
Took my son there today (on a Saturday) for a gash on his hand and we were in & out in about an hour. It doesn't get much better than that! Great staff also.
Came in for Christmas visiting friends in Southaven and started having flu like symptoms. Finally decided to seek medical care when departure time came. Went to Getwell Urgent care because of the reviews. Was not disappointed. Was very happy to learn that they took my insurance from North Carolina. They were very kind and efficient. I told them just to get me well enough to get home. I ended up having strep throat and ear infection. They took very good care of me and sent my prescriptions to local pharmacy, that I could find. Would highly recommend them. Thank you staff for helping me in my time of need. May God Bless You All!
Thankfully we have only had to go there a couple of times in the last year . . . but each time they were very thorough, very knowledgeable, and very nice. The wait time was very short also. After going in yesterday for a sinus infection . . . they called today to check see how everything was. We would highly recommend them!
