Affordable and very sweet people
This is the most horrible place. The customer service here sucks. The girl at the front seat was rude. Don't waste your time.
I had an appointment and it still took me over 2 hours to get back to a room. I had 2 people other than me in the waiting room so I don't know what was going on. Even the receptionist said she didn't know why it was taking so long. Once I got back the nurse and NP were super nice and made me feel comfortable. I chose this place because I don't have insurance and it wasn't a big deal and I knew they'd treat me regardless. I went because I needed prescription refills and when I left realized they had put the wrong directions on the script. So I have to go back. Im very upset because I took the bottle with me so they simply had to transfer the information. Hopefully when I go to get it fixed it won't take so long. I'm glad I wasn't out of the meds already.
Front desk is rude and has no customer service skills at all. Dr. Richardson is absolutely fantastic. The nurses are decent as far as initial care, but they don't update info correctly and when copays go up they don't bother letting you know I in advance. I'm getting really frustrated with being treated like cattle from people in the medical industry. You'd think helping people with some type of compassion would've been the reason they were in that career field. I have fibromyalgia and because of the gov not making enough money off certain meds they push anti - depressants on every issue. Ridiculous. I don't need something that may or may not work with 50 million things that could destroy your body with side effects. I'd rather have something that is an older medication with some type of history. Courtesy seems to be non - existent with the majority of the staff. I have a career, but am on a sliding scale because I'm poor. I'm still a human being. I work hard and deserve better treatment. Thank you Dr. Richardson for listening and helping me. You make up for all the negative aspects of this facility.
Update- next appointment (a year later) I had no issues! NP was very nice and fast results!
I had a great experience with this doctor. The front desk staff was rude! The nurse with the short blonde hair doesn't need to work the front desk! She is rude and disrespectful! Would had given a 5 star but front desk ruined that. Back office was professional and very nice!
