I can only speak for 2 things at this Lowe's, the people( the nicest and most helpful you will meet and for their Christmas Trees! I will tell you they are the best in the area by far, in fact I drive 35 miles from Arkansas to Mississippi every year just to get my tree from them.

Severely poor service. I bought a dryer in store today and went up to the cashier to pay for it. ONE cashier lane open, TEN customers in line. My new dryer arrived up front as I'm next in line to pay for it and the Lowes associate disappears. As I check out I ask for assistance to load the dryer in my truck. The cashier pages for assistance. 20 minutes later no one has showed up to help load the dryer, so I returned the dryer. I explain the situation to the manager, because the dryer was sitting by the cashier, I didn't drag it to customer service. Then I went to Home Depot.

Self check-out was closed. Three registers open with about 5 people waiting at each register. Signs said another register would open if 3 people at a register. It didn't happen. I had one item, so I put it back and left, cause I was tired of waiting. Love the store, but a full check staff, plus self-check is needed on a Saturday.

*I should preface this by saying I typically only shop in the Garden Dept* If you're an avid gardener and want to score some deals on plants(y'all know that it gets expensive quick!), they usually have some great items on clearance. Many of the regularly priced items are a little expensive for my taste, but they run some pretty good sales and that makes up for it if you can wait for them. Because of that, the lines are long sometimes, but that's really to be expected during peak seasons like spring and summer. I do wish they carried some of the less common plants even if it was just seeds, so I didn't have to order them from catalogs. Pros: Great Sales, Clearance, Service, Layout, Well-Stocked, and Product Selection. Cons: LOCATION, Regular Prices are Slightly High, Busy/Long Lines during Peak Seasons/Good Sales

Customer service is absolutely horrible. I bought a washer and dryer that was delivered on a Saturday. I washed a load of clothes on Sunday. The washer leaked and was making noises

. I called to explained the issue. The customer service rep that answered the phone was short. I was transferred to the appliance dept. The guy who answered the phone quickly told me they would Just order me a new one and it will be here in a week. To make a long story short. I still do not have a new washer and it is still making noises.I have called 3 times. I have asked for a manager but can not get a hold of anyone. It has been over 3 weeks .
