If it were possible to give less than one star I would. We used them for our wedding ans NONE of the suits fit. And when my (then) fiance asked why it wasn't the way he ordered it he was ignored. When he asked if they would fix it, he was told no, and the girl walked away. All four of the groomsmen's suit didn't fit. The pants were to short, the jackets were to small. The shirts were to small. The attitude of the "customer service" was just to top it all off and make it an overall terrible experience. I do not recommend using Men's Warehouse in Southaven, MS unless you want to look like you're wearing someone else's suit for your big day.
Let me start off by saying that I've been here several times before without any problems. This trip, I've wasted my time, gas, and money dealing with these incompetent people. We told them several times what we didn't want, and they gave it to us anyway! My son was stuck with pants that he didn't like and didn't properly fit. We had no choice but to keep it because the event was two days away. All I was given was a measly $20 discount and a "I'm sorry there's nothing else we can do." I don't recommend them.
Make sure you check your tuxes for correct fit and color! I had to wait do to everyone was flying in from different states. Two hours before the wedding, the groom's men were getting dressed, they were BOTH the wrong color! Of coarse they didn't have my color and I had to change my whole color choice and style and hope my bride wouldn't notice! She did.....
God help you if you don't walk in with a MAN, because these people won't give you the time of day. They ONLY person who would even approach us was a trainee. Everyone else ignored us. We had been in previously to get a price on tuxedo rental, and we were told "It's $200," by a male employee who was not interested in any way in helping us. Turns out there are several options and none of them are 200. Also, I overheard someone who was supposedly the manager telling the trainee not to let us pick out styles for the wedding. If that trainee hadn't been there, I'd have left for certain.
Took longer than expected to get my suit tailored.
