The customer service is great. They have samples of the options and shower gel that you can actually try before you buy. I had a wonderful experience.
I️ don’t know what it is but the past two times I’ve been in here, I’m literally ignored. Sales associates just walk past me while helping everyone else. Literally no one even asked if I needed any help. I’ve always liked these products but no one acknowledging me makes not want to come back.
They had a great sale going on Sunday. The store was packed and cashier's were swift and courteous!!
Good customer service. Shipping is terrible. They just put them in sorry cardboard cut out pieces... I have had 3 orders where all the candles have been shattered.... They need to learn proper shipping skills!
