Learned that it's only a TRUE reservation when you prepay for the auto. Fortunately I had no problems.
This God forsaken place honestly sucks. There was only one......i repeat only one worker......on a saturday in the middle of July.
Very friendly. I liked the pick up and drop off aspect of the company. Each time I needed to be picked up or dropped off, the person was always was quick and very friendly.
Incredibly poor customer service on site. Rude, disrespectful front desk staff. The particular guy I dealt with needs to be retrained on how to conduct himself in a professional manner. Hertz corporate did issue me a nice discount for my trouble.
This was my first time renting a vehicle and it was not as bad as I thought it was going to be the guys at this office are super nice. Not to say the ladies are not too , I just happened to go there on days where there were no female staffers. If the gentlemen who work here are any indication though, then the customer service all around will be amazing regardless of who your customer service associate is.
