Reserved a vehicle, was not there when we arrived and the replacement vehicle was not acceptable. Took 3 hours to get it straighten out. They did finally get us a car from another location. Wished that had been the first option given, instead of "not my problem" from the cashier.
The personnel were extremely courteous and professional. I was waited on promptly when I picked up the vehicle, and when I returned it. Every effort was made to address each concern I had and to answer every question.
Service and car availability excellent. Associates were very knowledgeable in the many aspects required. Being picked up before and dropped off after the rental is an incredible plus. Recommend this location. Highly recommend it.
I had a very nice experience with the truck, it's operation and the agents that rented the truck to me. The only negative is prior to my rental someone smoked in the truck and the smell was still present.
