Find another if possible. The store is usually clean with a few nice reps here and there but the animals are just pathetic. Purchased several saltwater and freshwater fish all of who usually have parasites or diseases. The reptiles are usually sick as well from a couple purchases I've made to just basic observation of their cleanliness. Most of the tanks are usually just scum filled meaning very little effort goes into the cleaning and well being of the creatures. It clearly show from the animals. The stock is very basic at best and they never have a good assortment of items to pick from. Prices are way overpriced for what they do sale. Be warned
All of my many experiences here have been very pleasant. I love to look at the animals and would eventually love to buy one. I love their selection of pet supplies. Definitely my go-to pet store
Staff is usually friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable about animals and have clean habitats and tanks. One of the cleanest aquatics departments I've seen.
If there was not a Petco, I don't know where I would get live crickets for my lizard. Facility always kept clean, never had a misunderstanding with the staff and who doesn't love to have a look at some pets once in a while.
It's never any staff to be found they be hiding somewhere......but's clean and the products are always up to date
