Great customer service!!. Nikki answered all our questions and offered to show us the unit I reserved online. The original unit I picked was the size of a closet and with the help from Nikki we was able to select another unit large enough for our items. The office was clean and secure. I am satisfied with the service I received and will recommend this company to everyone.

I would just like to say that a person never knows what another person has on their plate or what they're going through so my experience with Shelbi here at Simply Self Storage has been awesome and a complete blessing. She's Super nice,Super professional, and Super caring. I would and I will recommend this place for storage to everyone! (Too bad they don't rent homes also !!
