I had another company come out at first to do my roof and they did not do it right so I called M&R they came out and fixed everything that the first crew did not and in a very fast time I highly recommend M&R roofing that will always get the job done thanks so much I love my new roof
I called him and Roy stated he was heading out on vacation to give him a call back. I did so, he was still on vacation and wanted me to call back the following week on Tuesday which I did and left a message. As of today, I have had no return phone call and feel that it was nothing more then a put off.
I for one treat each and every customer the same way even if it's a job I don't want. I have the decency as an owner to follow up even if I do not want the job. I do not put them off. At this point I will not do business with him or his company.
I was out of the coverage area for M&R to do my roofing job. Even though they did not do my roof, they helped me find another excellent roofer who did the work. They went above and beyond! I reached out to M&R after seeing their work on my mom’s house. It was so awesome and so beautiful. They did a fantastic job on her home! They did a fantastic job helping me get my roof done. Very professional!
Once I received the paper work from my insurance company I was to give him a call. He would then give me an estimate and report to give to my insurance company.
He had a professional crew. Work was performed in a timely manner and even the clean up was done well
I called Mr. Byrd with M&R Roofing after our recent storms. I had major damage to my home roof as well as the roof on my barn. Mr. Byrd set up an appointment for the next day. He came to my home at the exact time of the appointment, was very professional. He went over every single issue/repairs needed with me. He even walked me through the steps I would need to take with my insurance company. Mr. Byrd was very easy to speak with and very knowledgeable. My husband and I agreeed that we would go with his company. We are so very glad we did! Mr. Byrd's crew showed up when they said they would, on time! The guys were very professional and friendly. My roofs were both finished in 2 days. The finished product is amazing. My roofs look beautiful and his crew left my lawn looking better than it did before they even got here. I am so happy that we chose M&R Roofing to do the work we needed done in a very stressful time from the storms. I would highly reccomend M&R Roofing for all of your needs and they will definitely be my go to company from now on. Thank you and great job to M&R Roofing.
