Avoid this U-Haul location!!!! Employee is very rude and unprofessional. Does not allow you to leave your vehicle on property. Makes you park it in a unsafe unpaved lot across the street. Go to another U-Haul location!
My total trip was 10 miles. When returned the the truck, two days later Uhaul took an additional $15 from my bank account. They said I went 15 miles over. I call the corporate office and they told me that they couldn't put the money back in my account. they can only go by what the people tell them. So he gave me a $20 voucher for a U Haul store. I will never rent a UHaul truck at this location. I have learned my lesson , always take before and after pictures of my mileage. the lady at the store s

The owner was very upset when I told him that I didn't have my contract with me. He prints one up then I find it in my truck. He was not polite at all when I gave it to him.
