I had a break in my water main line leading from the meter. Upon calling the emergency number after hours, the lady I spoke with was very professional and pleasant to talk to. She gave me a window of time in which they would call the next day prior to coming out. One hour before the scheduled window, I got a courtesy call giving me time to get home. Simultaneously, I received an email advising the name and picture of the associate that was to arrive. When Michael H arrived, he was professional, surveyed the problem, gave me two scenarios (dependent upon the type of piping that was used when the house was built). I approved the repair and went back to work (since it was an outside repair and didn’t need my presence). He advised they would do the work today and should be done within a couple of hours after they start. He added that I would also receive step by step photos of the work that will be sent to me when the work is complete. Everything he promised he delivered! The pictures ensured us of what the initial problem was and that it was completed as we agreed. From start to finish, we were done in about 4 hours. This was one of the best experiences I have EVER had in dealing with a contractor. I HIGHLY recommend them for your plumbing needs.
Adam was very patient and informative when diagnosing my home's issue. The level of professionalism I experienced was very refreshing and put me at ease when dealing with my unexpected plumbing problem. I will definitely call Stewart Plumbing again for any other plumbing needs I may have with one request that Adam is always my technician :).
We had to replace the pipes in our home. We called several plumbing company to see how it would be done and the price. Out of 6 company's. Stewart's plumbing sent this guy named Will he explained everything that had to done and price was better. He told use to call him anytime.We called twice over the weekend. He was very polite and answered every question. He a very good asset to the company. We well call Stewart plumbing when we need a plumber. Thank you .
Jaquisha was very helpful with setting up our appointment. Her communication the day of the appointment was more than expected.....email and a call that the technician was on the way, and they were on time! I didn't feel like I was held hostage all day waiting for a service call.
Michael and Adam were polite. They took extra care while in my home to keep it clean. After diagnosing the problem, they explained the cost in detail, performed the job and out the door in under an hour.
Christmas w/e is not the best time to have your bathroom plumbing give up the ghost. This was NOT a problem foe Michael H., Stewart plumbing. He arrived quickly, smiling & ready to get us up & working. Once the drain was cleared Michael sat & patiently explained what we needed to do. (no pressure). Michael went above & beyond to help & explain. We are very pleased with our service!
