No to drop your truck off after hours.
I've dealt with this location several times and only had one minor problem where they upgraded me to a larger truck, which any other time would not have been a problem. Other wise I haven't had any problems. The person who complained about the fuel issue obviously failed to read his contract. As for getting fuel there are any number of fueling locations 2 blocks in any direction.
After moving from KANSAS city to mississippi this was the closes drop off location. After finally finding the pl@ce. .....12noon had to leave the key in the drop box because the doors were lock and I left the truck over 1/4 tank of gas not Knowing the area well was sure of where to fill up....about 10 minutes after leaving the place I get a call asking if i drop the truck off...which means they was sitting there watching the whole time the charged me$ 154 extra for filling the tank which should have not exceed $100 dollors so I guess the extra was a tip.... My tip to you is avoid if u can .
After having a truck rental with this location for a month, we arrive at 9:00am with the doors locked. They arrive a few minutes later and we go inside to them asking if we had the reservation which we did. As we are getting ready to do the paperwork she starts to say the name which is not mine. I proceeded to tell her what my name was and she says “oh we don’t have a truck for you. Did they not call and cancel?” Pretty sure I wouldn’t of driven all the way there if I was told I was cancelled. I understand orders being cancelled but I had a month of notice to have a truck there. Then we ask if there is any other location and she says one by the airport. No helping us to find another truck. Absolutely nothing. Just a sorry as we walked out the door.
