Very helpful. I am a first time pool owner and they helped me and talked me through everything to do to clear my pool up. Didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need like the other pool stores. That's where I will be going from now on.
If you are doing the BBB method on your pool this place has the best price on Bleach or as they call it liquid shock in Memphis. I've also never had them sell me the typical pool store lies.
The guy that's been working there forever (I always forget his name) but he is very smart & I drive further just to get his help!
I have trouble every year..I am not a chemist or good at math.I have gone to other pool supply stores & they just sell me worthless chemicals that makes me need more chemicals, I guess because other stores just hire kids.
I was so surprised with there answer to all my questions. I'm a new pool owner and they are not there to sell you chemicals you don't need.
