All the times I shipped here I had good customer service. I was helped when I needed it. I was given smiles and made feel welcome, which seems a rare thing these days...
I was returning a gift, with receipt, to exchange not get monetary refund, okay. So I carefully explained this to the young cashier gleefully waiting to assist. She said sure no problem. Please tell me why it took 45 minutes, two more cashiers then finally the manager to make this happen. I was getting the exact amount in my exchange transaction and actually had to find more items to keep it even. And each cashier needed a full explanation and neither of them could explain it to the manager! The cashiers were young teenagers but if they cannot execute an even exchange/return, either they are not trained properly or they are non-thinkers. And that's sad. But I do like the store because it is the only one left.
I went in this 'Christian' bookstore and asked for a simple pocket rosary and they were the rudest people I ever met in my life. They kicked me out of their store for being Catholic. Seriously!!!!! How can they call them selves a Christian bookstore? They do not act like Christians. My experience opened my eyes and I went right over to the Family Christian Book Store who were happy to show and explain the different rosarys and they were out of their way friendly. Go to The Family Christian Bookstore. They have items for all religions and surely won't bash you for being a true Christian.
